More than 13,000 Bitcoin Addresses Hold Over $1 Million Worth of Bitcoin.

Currently, there are over 13,000 Bitcoin (BTC) addresses worth over $1 million.

Data from Glassnode suggests that there are more than 13,000 Bitcoin (BTC) addresses holding BTC worth over $1 million.

With the data available on Glassnode, we can say that there are currently 13,000 Bitcoin millionaires, who hold about 107 Bitcoin worth over $1M at its current price.

Though the price of bitcoin to US Dollar may fluctuate their net worth at some point in time, some of these addresses at the highest low of Bitcoin this year may not worth $1 million in dollars.

Remember that there are over 1 million Bitcoin which were likely mined by Bitcoin creator, Satoshi Nakamoto. These BTC have not moved in over 10 years now.

Do We Really Have 13,000 Bitcoin Millionaires.

Looking at these addresses we will come to understand that most of these addresses are owned by different cryptocurrency exchanges around the globe.

If we are to check or maybe count the number of wallet address belonging to exchanges, crypto service providers inclusive, among others.

We will come to understand that the number of the said Bitcoin Millionaires will vary. The number will always hang between 1 and 13,290 bitcoin addresses holding more than 107 BTC.

Remember that there are over 1 million Bitcoin which were likely mined by Bitcoin creator, Satoshi Nakamoto. These BTC have not moved in over 10 years now.

There is still no data as to which address belongs to exchange, crypto service providers and the ones belonging to individuals.

Though with the current crypto address monitoring service providers like Chainalysis, we might be able to obtain this data in the future.
