Binance, the company behind the largest cryptocurrency exchange by volume is looking to hire successful applicants for various open positions as it expands its crypto trading services within the continent and beyond.
Binance is looking to hire more qualified persons aside from the previously closed job offers listed before now. The company is looking to serve a greater part of Africa in other to increase the adoption of crypto around the world.
Some of the positions open for hiring in Africa include:
Operations Manager – Fiat (MENA region) the Middle East & North Africa /Operations – operations /Full-Time Onsite Or Remote: The qualified applicant will be responsible for setting up internal operations of Fiat Exchange. Implement policies regarding regulatory requirements (Compliance Procedures) to effectively identify and manage the key risks.
Compliance Analyst – South Africa South Africa, Cape Town /Legal and Compliance — Remote: The position is open to locally based Compliance Analyst, who is a specialist in operational compliance (KYC/Client Onboarding/AML Screening) and will help us support the growth of our compliance team and continued commitment to the highest standards of regulatory and financial crime compliance.
This person will work alongside the Legal and Compliance teams to ensure Binance has a strong regulatory framework from both the fiat and crypto sides of the business.

Merchant Operations – Binance P2P Africa /Operation — Full-Time/ Remote: Work extensively with Data Dashboards to refine merchants’ experience and inform management strategy decisions. Assist the leadership in leading merchant expansion plans for Africa. Handle disputes between merchants and other trading parties, assist merchants with troubleshooting. The applicant will help in pushing binance p2p locally across the region.
Francophone Community Manager: Grow and manage the francophone Binance Communities online. Responsible for the overall community user experience, listen, gather, and submit user’s feedback and opinions. Responsible for end-to-end Telegram community operation, content planning, and engagement initiatives.
Growth Marketing Manager – North Africa: As the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the way Binance connects with potential users to grow Binance’s active user base. Leveraging your growth marketing skills (including paid advertising and experimentation), you’ll create programs and find repeatable channels that reach and activate new users.
Growth Marketing Manager – Egypt: This role will work remotely as part of a small team with the responsibility of expanding our brand awareness, planning and executing creative marketing campaigns, both online and offline. It requires working both highly autonomously and as part of the global distributed marketing team.
Content Writer — Africa: Writing blog posts, e-books, educational articles, presentations, video scripts, infographics, website content, courses and white papers to be posted on the company’s blogs and website. Write high-quality, SEO-friendly content, and continuously improve user experience, traffic, and retention. Research and explore new technologies in the blockchain industry. Create and maintain an active editorial calendar of appropriate content. Coming up with creative content strategies and implementing them.
Customer Support Specialist – Compliance South Africa, Cape Town: We are seeking Customer Support Officers to provide support on global compliance inquiries and operations.
