Foreign Minister Yusuf Tuggar has declared Nigeria’s full support for the BRICS alliance, pledging alignment with its mission to build a fairer, rules-based global order. Tuggar spoke during the BRICS Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
