SystemSpecs, the Nigeria’s fintech giant behind the successful money payment service provider Remita, has partnered with Paga to expand digital payments in Nigeria.
The partnership comes during this period of COVID-19 pandemic in Nigeria, that the Central bank of Nigeria is encouraging digital payments and other alternative means of payments to avoid the spread of coronavirus in the country.
According to the announcement, the first phase of the partnership would enable Paga customers to easily initiate payment to all Remita billers and merchants through Paga’s website – paga.com.
Additionally, Paga’s agents nationwide would be able to initiate and process end-to-end transactions through their own platform to all Remita customers.
