Crypto Investors In Africa Are Interested In The Education Of Their Children.

A recent survey has revealed how African investors are making keen arrangements in educating their children about cryptocurrency while giving them a better life. 

The recent report by Luno following a research survey of Crypto savvy investors in three African countries which are Nigeria, South Africa and Kenya resulted in several wonderful findings.

An average of 48 per cent of Crypto investors holds cryptocurrencies to give their wards a better educational standard. This survey which included 7000 participants revealed that Africa Crypto holders are very much interested in the long term profitability of cryptocurrencies.

While speaking about the outcome of the survey, The General Manager of Luno in Africa said “In recent weeks, there’s been a lot of attention on the scale of Africa’s Crypto revolution and whilst its potential is hugely exciting, it is vital we ensure consumers are engaging with this transition safely and responsibly”.

The survey also revealed other interesting findings. About 78 per cent of Crypto holders save regularly compared to two-third of the general population which is about 65 per cent.

This shows that the effect of Cryptocurrencies on Africans is a positive one. An effect that moves them to save funds as it is now easy to own financial assets that might change their lives in the nearest future.

Another interesting revelation of this survey is the knowledge difference among the three African countries. It revealed that about 64 per cent of Kenyans would not consider investing in Cryptocurrencies as they do not understand the concept enough to do so. 

While about 64 per cent of Kenyans are 55 per cent of Nigerians and 56 per cent of South African, making Nigerians the least ignorant about cryptocurrencies in Africa.

Consequently, this survey, in general, has revealed that Africans are not slowing down on matters involving cryptocurrencies and will not be doing so anytime soon.
